Day 1
Nairobi – Lake Naivasha – Hell’s Gate – Nairobi
Your safari begins with pick-up from your Nairobi hotel, residence, or airport before departing toward Lake Naivasha through the scenic Great Rift Valley.
Along the way, stop briefly at the Rift Valley viewpoint to enjoy panoramic views and photography opportunities.
Upon arrival at Lake Naivasha, enjoy a relaxing boat ride across the freshwater lake, famous for hippos and abundant birdlife.
Continue to Crescent Island Sanctuary for a guided walking safari where your guide will introduce you to the resident wildlife including giraffes, waterbucks, zebras, gazelles, and many bird species.
Later, proceed to Hell’s Gate National Park where you will enjoy an exciting cycling safari among wildlife while taking in the dramatic rocky cliffs, gorges, and geothermal landscapes.
You will also pass near the geothermal power plant area inside the park.
After the adventure, begin your return journey to Nairobi and arrive in the evening for hotel drop-off.
