Begin your tour with a pick-up from your Nairobi accommodation, hotel, or airport by your professional driver-guide.
Travel through Nairobi’s green suburbs toward the famous Giraffe Centre, headquarters of the African Fund for Endangered Wildlife and home to the endangered Rothschild giraffe.
Here, you will enjoy an up-close encounter with the giraffes from a raised observation platform while learning about conservation efforts, giraffe breeding programs, and their unique behaviors.
Next, continue to the Kobe Beads Factory, where you will witness the entire process of bead-making, pottery, and ceramics production.
The project supports single mothers from disadvantaged communities, helping them earn a sustainable livelihood through local craftsmanship.
Browse the gift shop for beautiful handmade souvenirs and Kenyan art pieces.
Please note that the workshop is closed on Saturday afternoons and all day Sunday, although the gift shop remains open.
